BACID SA (Investment Construction Office & Miscellaneous), a limited company with capital of one billion (1,000,000,000) FCA, is a real estate developer/builder which operates on the Ivorian market and in the West African sub-region. BACID SA also provides construction of medium and high standard housing. The Company is also developing its expertise in land development and the implementation of large-scale urban projects such as the construction and operation of modern markets and other shopping centers.

It is now ten (10) years old and as you know, any entrepreneurial project encounters difficulties. We have certainly made some mistakes along the way which have allowed us to grow, but we can now say that BACID is reborn from its ashes and the opening of its headquarters materializes its desire to satisfy you and to go further. Currently, BACID extends its clientele to the diaspora and the global market through its various representations (Canada, USA, PARIS, BENIN) where each agency benefits from the group's competence and transversal resources.
